B & B with breakfast Straight From Heaven

Well, some of you B & B hosts a golden opportunity missed. I went to the websites of restaurants known for their food, but no starters were not even mentioned. How can it be that an award-winning restaurant for breakfast does not describe a breakfast? So I went to sites that proudly described their meals. Here are some of them.

The Buttonwood Inn is situated in a small town called New Hampshire, North Conway, but nothing about their breakfast. You can start with somethingpumpkin bread, walnut and orange-apricot scones, cinnamon rolls maple, walnut, blueberry Crumb Coffee Cake, fruit or hot cereal Crisp, accompanied by fresh fruit topped with raspberry sauce. Would breakfast enough for me, but the boss is only warming up. Next is a tasty dish like sausage, mushrooms and Cheddar Strata, scrambled eggs with goat cheese and chives and toasted one side of Red Bliss potatoes with rosemary. Then comes the sweet appetizer: fried FrenchToast casserole with Pecan and Wild Maine Blueberry topping. Light or yeasted Belgian waffles with fresh blueberry sauce. Hail to Buttonwood.

Mission Oak Inn offers from Illinois, Henry some wonderful breakfast dishes like French crepes and fabulous Blueberry Banana Pancakes, but it was his dinner, I snapped to attention. How about pizza roast chicken, onion and cheese on a dreamy creamy sun dried tomatoes? Or, medallions of tender meat served in a cream, brandy, mapleReduction and mustard? Or grilled salmon on fresh greens with original sauce and seasoned with bacon, green onions, Parmesan and walnuts? Or pork in cider, grilled marinated, then smothered with homemade apple / chutney fish?

Then I happen to take Jane Hawk Valley Retreat on the phone. When I asked about her favorite dishes, his voice was mysterious and sensual, and she brought me lovingly on the list: German apple pancakes, Baked Peach French Toast,Crepes with brown sugar / strawberry sauce, green onions and spinach quiche crust cheese hash browns and eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce their secret recipe.
